For customized or personalized jewelry (such as name necklaces or engraved pendants), please allow 7–10 business days for crafting before shipment.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we’ll contact you by email or phone right away.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
We offer domestic and international shipping.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location:
Domestic (within India): 3–7 business days after dispatch
International: 10–20 business days after dispatch

Express Shipping: Additional charges apply (optional at checkout).
International Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on location and weight.
All duties, taxes, or customs fees (for international orders) are the responsibility of the buyer.

Each Shazanee jewelry piece is carefully packed in premium, eco-friendly packaging to ensure it reaches you safely and beautifully.
Gift wrapping and personalized message cards are also available at checkout for special occasions.

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are entered correctly at checkout.
Shazanee is not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
If you realize there’s a mistake after placing the order, please contact us immediately within 24 hours.
7. Delayed or Lost Shipments
In rare cases of delayed or lost shipments:
We will coordinate with the courier partner to locate your package.
If the parcel cannot be found after investigation, we will arrange a replacement or refund as per our policy.
