1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging (including jewelry box, tags, and certificates, if any).

Only non-customized or non-personalized items are eligible for returns or exchanges.
(Customized jewelry such as name necklaces, engraved pendants, or special designs cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or error.).
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return or refund:
Personalized or engraved items (e.g., custom name necklaces, initials, date engravings).
Items purchased on sale, during clearance, or with discount coupons.
Products damaged due to mishandling, improper use, or normal wear and tear.
3. Return Process
