Customized pieces usually take 7–10 business days to craft, plus shipping time based on your location. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow your jewelry’s journey right to your doorstep.

We accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery. Personalized or engraved jewelry cannot be returned unless there’s a manufacturing fault. Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.
